How to use Herbal Neti Soother

1. Add 20ML of Herbal Neti Soother solution to 2 ounces of lukewarm deionized water in your neti pot.
2. Tilt your head back and to the right, inserting the neti pot spout into your left nostril while standing over a sink or washbasin.
3. Keeping your head still, allow the solution to flow through your sinus cavities until it drains out of your right nostril into your sink or washbasin.
4. Once the solution has drained, gently blow your nose.
5. Repeat the process, only tilt your head back and to the left while pouring the solution into your right nostril.
